g'day,

Am the new owner of a V8 L322 and it has an issue...It is an 02 without satnav (centre screen). Has the standard radio.

The outer, that is, the two front vents near the drivers and passengers windows (both sides) aircon LEDs and adjustment wheel does not illuminate. The two in the centre console do.

Also, the Audio and i button do not work so I cannot set the time or get reset any of the options - fuel consumption, distance to go etc.

I can help you with the LED problem, it's simple there are none. The outer vents do not have any illumination, at least in the NAS market. I don't think your market is different. If you want to check, simply pop out one vent and look for wires and a connector. If they are there let me know and I will look up the wiring diagram. As for your other issue, I have no clue since we do not use that system in the States. Have fun! ibis1

Hi Ibis1,

well I popped them out and there is definitely provision for a small globe. It appears one can click/twist a small globe which then lights all - white on left, green on right and position in middle. Why I don't have them is unknown but at some stage the dash may have been off and they were not plugged back in. If indeed they just didn't come with them as you suggested then I will wire some up. Does not really make sense for them not to be lit up.
