Yesterday, I removed and stripped the valve block down. Funnily enough, I wasn't in the mood for fiddly stuff, so elected to go for a beer instead.

This morning, I carried on and replaced all 56-ish O-rings in the block, thanks to Scotty's repair kit. As I mailed him, whilst asking a quick question, one of the collets had rings that were too small to get the air-line in and another only had one ring where there should have been two. Coupled with the fact that most of the rings were as hard as nails, the block was extremely and utterly Fu**ed. Maybe why the PO converted to coils? Fault finding must have been a right pain, but simple stuff.

After a very satisfying couple of hours, we're all done, the block is back in and just need to sort out a day with the workshop to put her back to air. All being well, before Christmas.

That'll be a nice present `)
