I have developed a bad case of yellow mayo in the PVC system and in the oil filer cap. Had head gasket job few weeks ago. I think I had the problem before the repair, but I still have it and I think it might be worse now. I am also still using coolant, but don't see any evidence of burning it. HELP!

Mine does this, just means the condensation from the engine builds up and then attaches itself to the filler cap by means of the evaporation process. I was worried it was a head gasket problem too  . A good degreaser should take care of the problem. If you live in an area with a warm climate, I'd be worried. If you are in a cold climate area, then I wouldn't worry to much about it. If you want to make sure its not a head gasket problem, then drain the oil and see if there is any coolant in it.
