Well, we ended up getting an 07 Range Rover HSE with 126000 miles. Great truck, only odd part is 2 times now I've gone to start it, hear a "pop," almost like a fuse going but a little louder, and the now power whatsoever. Pulling the negative terminal seems to cause it to reset, and all is good. I'm battery is bad, or maybe bad relay or ground, but not sure. Ever seen this before?

I had a similar problem at early august.
Was winter, one night the range doesn't start, seemed bad battery but it wasn't.
I've purchased new battery from a battery specialized delivery company, when the technician looks the conection he told it was the negative borne.
The borne's "T bolt" was loose and rusted, so I need to replace it, that's all.

T bolt is something like this:

My Range Rover use a bracket and a bolt separately, so for me its easy to replace only the bolt indeed.

I dug around underneath and checked all the connections, and checked for corrosion as well. No corrosion, but there were some loose connections, nothing major, but we all no how finicky these trucks can be when it comes to loose connections. So far, so good, it's starting fine.
