There is an app called Torque that will connect to OBD but you won't be able to use the EASUnlock cable, it uses different pins to OBD.

why not download the software from eas unlock? it is designed to work with the cable.
I read it that he wants to be able to use the cable to read OBD codes as well as using it for EAS Unlock.
+1 on the EAS cable is only for EAS. You might have some luck with one of those WiFi or Bluetooth OBD adaptors, but they will only read limited values for Petrol engine & gearbox. Generic tools cannot do any proper adjustments, and will definitely NOT talk to the other ECUs.

Have you try to use another apps?? Torque pro, HobDrive, OBD Car Doctor Pro...you can find and download
Harvey, that "free" software was developed by Story Wilson and for EAS only, it only works on 32 bit windows platforms. Do yourself a favor and find a full P38 diagnostic system if you are going to keep your P38 long term.
