2002-2005 Range Rover MkIII / L322

Kia ora everyone,

I have a new (to me) 4.4 M62 engined L322 from 2002. It has an Lovato LPG conversion, 190K on the clock, and was owned by a careful Swiss German lady for the past ten years. The other car is a 1989 Peugeot 205GTI 1.9, and I am enjoying the bipolar car ownership. I'm quickly learning the joy of L322 ownership experience and the ever present listening for new issues. It's got a couple of maintenance issues that I am already fixing (rebuilding compressor, engine/auto/transfer/diffs oil changes + general service) but I'm hoping advice on three:

1/ I haven't heard/seen the rad fans spin in the last week, and the engine appears very hot. It has a fresh oil change and there is coolant. The dash thermometer rises from cold to medium, and never higher for what it's worth. My first guess is a broken sensor that doesn't trigger the fans. Is there an order I should test, or is there another hypothesis? It has absymal MPG (8.2 around town on LPG - I'm thinking this might be connected?

2/ I get an O2 error (P1171, P1174 ), and have seen recommendations to change front and rear sensors ~150K, but am also aware that the LPG can interfere with this. I will take it to an LPG specialist - thoughts?

3/ I also have a P0443 error, and was advised to check the fuel cap first - is it a common fault for the seal of the cap to leak and then cause this, or more likely I need to replace the PCV, or the PCV sensor?
