Just picked up my new 2014 FFRR TDV8 yesterday & headed off fishing - super stoked, but geez after super-quiet towing with my old Sport fitted with a swan-neck assembly, this removable shaft system (with a jetski in tow) sounds like I've got a madman along for the ride, sitting on the drawbar & smacking it with a sledge hammer.

Really? Is this the best RR can do, for a $200,000 NZD vehicle?

Hi, There is a fix for the tow bar tongue, if you are handy drill hole in the bottom of square receiver, tap the hole and screw in an appropriate hex headed bolt. The idea is! Once you fit your square hitch tow bar tongue just do up the hex headed bolt under your receiver you only need to do it up finger tight. This will push up on to the removable tow bar tongue and stop it rattling If you can t do it I am a good mechanic can do it. This is standard on Mercedes tow bars here in Australia.
Good luck! I hope this helps.:thumb:
