My RRS SC is 2 weeks old and the tailgate is quite noisy. Glass against rubber sound along with a metallic thudding on bumpy roads. Took a physical look and entire upper tailgate seems misaligned.
Is this a known issue or just one in a million. Hope to have it corrected shortly.
Other than that...the 2010 RRS SC is pretty good........Planning to race my M5.....need a driver.
Is the nice lady pictured in the RRS available?.

Open the top half of the rear hatch and look at the far left and right ends for the rubber bump-stops. I had a knocking sound on mine too and I loosened those rubber things a couple turns so that it puts more pressure on the hatch when its closed. Seemed to work for me

Thanks for the reply. I did that earlier today and the rubber squeaking has dissipated. I will have the tailgate re aligned to fix the knocking. The whole tailgate seemed a bit off .
