Hi, it is nearly impossible to distinguish the noise. Is your RRS diesel? Plus you drive on rocky road that produces lots of noise on its own. Can you drive on the asphalt or in anyway minimize "normal" noises... Would certainly make it easier to hear and analyze the noise in question.
Are you talking about metal on metal clunk? Between various bushings and balljoint, tierod end, wheel bearing it would be kinda hard to guess but probably easy to see if you get a vehichle on the lift. Besides abnormal movement, there should be (not 100%) but should a visually noticable wear point where 2 metal parts engage and clunk. The CV Joint can clunk as well, usually when make turn, but its boot looks good so not likely. How many miles/km on the car? What did you do so far with suspension maintenance?
