No phone call audio whilst using Car Play?

Hi All,

We recently took delivery of a brand new Range Rover Sport P400e and have found that when we make or receive phone calls whilst plugged in and using Apple Car Play- we cant hear the other person even though they can hear us fine. Anyone else had this issue? Without car play through Bluetooth works fine!

Even with 19B installed, I occasionally have issues both ways (person can't hear me or I can't hear the other person). Sounds like its always happening to you though. Will probably need to book it to go to the dealer (either to have them "force" an update to 19B if your car doesn't already have it or to diagnose the issue if its already on the latest software).
