No O2 Sensors??

so i have ordered the hedman headers and flowmaster three chamber suv muffler for my 92RRC. i climbed under the truck a minute ago just to see how difficult it would be to replace these parts. that is when i noticed the y-pipe coming from the stock manifold does not have cats and does not have O2 sensors. i search beyond the giant stock muffler at the center of my classic, and still....no O2 sensors anywhere.

did the uk models not come with cats or O2 sensors?? what is the result if there are no O2 sensors?

nobody has a clue? how do i tell if my rrc is equipped with an OBD II system?
i pinged EPA to ask about importing back to the US. they said it would be expensive and that i would have to install an OBD II system and correct the cats and missing O2 sensors before shipping. any ideas on that?
** update: flowmaster and hedman headers arrived today. both look very good. i dont see any noticeable issues with these headers. we shall see when the install goes down. i still need to figure out this missing O2 sensor BS. if they should be there, then i would like to knock it out while changing out the other exhaust parts.
yeah, tracking on the differences with vs without cats. prob not going to see much in a small block V8. i just need to figure out how to get it to meet EPA standards so i can import this to the US when I leave here.
uhhh.....because I will be here for like 2 years. im not going to dump all of the money in to this thing just to walk away from it. yes, they are cheap in the US.... but i already have over a grand in parts put on this one. why would i want to start over? and especially after i have figured out what makes this one tick. by the time i leave here, this thing will be in great shape. i am sure i can get my money back in selling it - but again, that requires starting over from the beginning when i get back.
