Hi
Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have just aquired a 1998 4.0 SE with 69,000 warranted miles, everything seems to work so I must be lucky. But the question I have is it has no cd changer, according to the entertainment manual it is fitted with a radio cassette LPAICEN95M. My question is can a cd changer be connected to this unit, if not what is involved in fitting an after market unit. Many thanks in advance.

Wow that's interesting, I thought they all came with a C.D. changer  In the cargo area on the drivers side is where the c.d. changer would be, what do you have there?

My 96 4.0 SE is fitted with a changer in the cargo area (left hand panel by tailgate). I also figured this was the "standard" setup with the cassette deck unit.
