How do I identify the "Lean cylinder" problem?

Changed oil, filled coolant including big air lock in upper hose, put in a new battery, viola up and running, air suspension settled in, drove around the block, no overheating, no coolant smell, oil is clear.

Yeah, I have already plans for the wheel centers to be blacked out, maybe the hood scoop, and a few other details to tone down the "Bumblebee on steroids" as one of my friends put it.
The interior very cool, and those extra gauges seem to have come with the SVC kit, but they are located differently to the ones I found online, I like them being on top and the rest of the dash unmolested.

Update on Big Bird, well we found that a chunk had broken off one piston, so rather than mess with this car,(I have several others) I had PT Schram who is local and a RR expert/specialist replace the injured core, but the replacement ran like crap and was also bad so in went number 3, added some new tires and she was running great but after a couple of days under boost coolant was pouring out the exhaust so back it went.
Sounds like just another Brit
hope I get some relatively painless miles out of her soon.
BTW the O rings were leaking and were replaced at the same time.
