Sounds like the camera is at fault, assuming you have wiped the lense clean, checked for condensation within the lense and the monitor screen isn't covered in goo.

hi, i'm new to this forum. this is my first post regarding to my 06 RR HSE. please help me. i just purchased this car. and when i use the back up camera. it is kind blurry. i was wondering if it's a problem with the camera or it's might be a problem with the wire connect to the navigation screen. please advice. thank you very much!!
