new spark plugs look different

the ones in the engine now are almost new looking autolite app3924 double platinums, the ones I was given as replacement are bosch wr8dp, but it looks entirely different, even needs a different socket to remove it. The original is a rc11pydp4 but I cant find the crossreference numbers.

Yeah stick to the correct plugs and even HT leads in this area, had many a P38 with missing/fuel consumption issues
Had one last week with 3 different types of spark plugs which was serviced a few months back by non LR dealership

After market HT leads with wire windings cause havoc with timing and overheating
Incorrect plugs foul up very quickly and also cause problems, OEM plugs last 30 000 km and cost vs others dont add up
