So what some of us have speculated, the 2012.5+ trucks for L320 L322 bodies are equipped with the new timing tensioners and guides.

Well, that is actually false from what I now know. Unsure about L319 LR4 or 2013.1 L405.

Okay... so care to enlighten us as to what you now know? When did the revised design actually go into production vehicles?

From what rumours there are, 2015. Which in my opinion does not make sense. My personal guess is that is was implemented in the new L405 and L494 body’s.

Well that sucks. What mileage would I expect this to become an issue ?
This truck has around 50,000 miles. The use of the truck matters.
