The usual websites I check for specific dealer rover parts does not bring this part up (see below for links)
I would stop by your Land Rover Dealer and they will be able to get this rear plastic bleed screw to come up on their parts list.
Either that or bring the bleed screw into the dealer yourself and they will find a new one for you. (remove this screw when Engine is cold)

That bleed screw has been used for over 20 years, Land Rover and BMW. There is a metal replacement for it. It is really common to leak so i keep one in my Disco glove box. I could not tell you the part number. Also you can try just replacing the oring that seals it, just dont overtighten it going back on.
