Remove ignition switch and keyway and take it to a locksmith. chances are your key is a little worn and your tumblers are most likely even more worn. The locksmith can disassemble it, remove the key, install new tumblers and cut you an identical key to your old one... just not as worn.

Hi All:
Key was stuck in the ignition. Barrel turns, so the car will start. Mechanic broke the key in the barrel, though.
I though maybe this is related to replacement transfer case we put in (swapping out BW for LT230). But the key was gettting real heard to remove before we did that recent swap.
Have called all over, checked ebay, and can't find a replacement. Any ideas or help?
