need a little bit more power

ok so did my 1st long trip in the LSE on weekend. the new door seals made it much quieter which was good.

At 90mph on the GPS it was doing about 4000rpm (from memory) but it felt a bit asthmatic. I've had the exhaust mid section replaced & had the rest checked.

It just doesnt seem to pick up hugely well and feels a bit strained (I know, brick like aerodynamics)

Is there anything I can do to give it just a tiny bit more ooomph ? induction kit help ?

Thats a friends car, and yes that is the 4.2L supercharged V8 as in the RRS. Although now the 2010 sports have come out with an all new more powerful 5.0L V8 he's refusing to be outdone and is trying to find one...  yea, he's an awesome guy.
