Navy P38 on Bumps Tonight on Lincoln Blvd

I saw this poor guy in a dark blue P38 4.0SE going super slow on Lincoln Blvd this evening. I remember doing that recently in my truck. People were honking at him because he couldn't keep up with the traffic speed. It was painful to watch the truck hop up and down like crazy over every little bump on the road and if you've ever driven Los Angeles roads they are cr*p.

So this truck looked like a mexican lowrider hopping down the street.
