2016-2018 Range Rover MkIV / L405
I drove to work this morning with 3G coverage , and I just came home with 4G. JLR and AT&T must have finally reached an agreement.
There is no 4G connection available according to the Master Tech at the dealer, unless you ask my service writer who says there is along with the IT Specialist at the Dealer where I got the car. Called LRNA on the way home and they say not available for 2018. But, as we know some have it. So I guess it depends on location - who knows??? QUOTE]
Yes, depends on location, but it looks like some of the people you are talking to need to do a little reading.
From the online manual:
The Wi-Fi Hotspot feature provides in-vehicle access to 4G internet, enabling up to eight wireless devices to be used simultaneously in the vehicle.
Depending on the network connectivity, some features and services, including Wi-Fi, may not operate as expected, or at all. A strong 3G or 4G connection is required.
