Have you tried adjusting it to +1 minute?

Set the time one minute ahead, watch your iPhone, when the correct minute arrives hit the set button at the bottom of the screen and you you should be good to go.

Yes, I have adjusted it many times, but it goes back to -1 minute.
Are you sure your wife/kid or friend isn't screwing with you? ....Next week they will deflate your tires 1psi every day.... and next month they will add a gallon of gasoline to the tank every day.

blimmy, wish my wife would add fuel to the tank, she doesn't even know how to open the fuel cap

I do wish they sync with GPS. My 2005 Acura does, can't be that hard to do.
On my Q7, the clock will always run ahead, once I adjusted it correctly, it will slow creep forward. A month in, and it'll be 5 mins ahead, 2 month and we're looking at 10 mins. Never could figure out what's causing it.
Internal clock mechanism (software) probably needs calibration. Put it on your dealer visit list for next time.
