Do you currently have a 2010 to test this on? In the Quick Start guide there is a paragraph:

Many features of the display can be changed to suit personal preferences. Other features, such as the
speedometer, can be altered to suit the driving situation. The speedometer can be configured for MPH or KPH
via the Vehicle Settings menu.

However, looking in the full owner's manual and the list of options, there isn't anything that specifically lists the change between MPH & KPH, although the Trip Computer section does have a Units option. They also specifically mention that "Vehicle Settings" menu, but I don't see that actual name used anywhere else - the owner's manual calls it the "Instrument Panel Menu".

Can any 2010 owners advise?
