I've been searching thru these pages for a while and seen many, many great write up's but, are there any mods you did to your range that after you did it you wish you didn't? ( I'd rather read about it than learn the hard way!!)

I mseed up my comfortable ride with non-oem shocks. I thought that I could get a better ride with Koni shock. I ruined the ride and was very very anoyed driving to work every day. Stick with the oil filled OEM shocks.

I'm starting to have second thoughts about the flux capacitor I've installed, I've had alot of teething troubles with it. I've got it working but so far I can only get it to go forwards in time and only very slowly.

That's because you have a misfire in the Mr. Fusion, and can't reach the required 88 mph. Don't forget you need 1.21 gigawatts to speed up the process.

Too much tint on the front windows, looks too gangsta.
De-badged the tailgate, I was actually quite proud of the DT.
Should of gone with road tyres, the ATs are brilliant and do the job well just not really needed on my vehicle.

Still love it though

The only mods I regret are:
-Shutting the garage on the roof the night I bought it and getting some scratches
-Leaving the tailgate up while in the garage, then walking out the side door only to come back and try to open the garage door over, and over, and over again until I realized the tailgate was actually stopping it...more scratches
-removing the rear silencers (it sounds pretty good actually, but RR's aren't supposed to sound like chevys)
-Toyota FJ Cruiser shocks (immediately removed them and installed Doetsch Techs)
-Bypassing the lower seat heater elements (they were broken) to get heated upper seats...only to have my wife fry the passenger side and ruin the leather

Best mod.... Rockford Fosgate 6.5" subs in the stock box with a cheap Alpine amp. Makes my Beastie Boys and Rage Against the Machine sound nice.

No mods I've done so far but mine came with Disco !! 17" rims fitted with 235 wide tyres, bad move as you feel every bump
Stick with proper 16" inch rims and 255 tyres

When did discos ever come w/ 17's? I thought they were the same sizw as ours in 16's or 18's.

Unfortunately that would not be an option with the Rhino edition leather. Don't worry Mag, someday a replacement will show up. Maybe Scotty will find soemthing for you!
