Gents, how do you maintain the leather upholstery of your Rangie?

How often do you polish it, and with what?

My interior is still in very reasonable condition, and I like to keep it like that..
This is my first car with leather seats, so no experience with it.

Thanks :)

Chamberlain’s Leather Milk products are expensive but worth it. I used to be a Lexol fan but Chamberlain’s is better, I think.

I use Lexol 1115 Leather Cleaner and also Lexol 1015 Leather Conditioner to both clean and seal the leather. Works a treat! Do this only about once a year, right before summer hits usually.

Thanks guys, I'll see what I can find.

Sometimes you see leather seats with the top (paint?) flaking off, is that because of no maintenance?

Correct. The leather actually drys out and the top starts to flake/peel off. Try to get leather treatments that moisturize in addition to cleaning. This is usually why cleaners and conditioners are separate.

I've used the Mothers leather cleaner, and Mothers leather conditioner before, I think they're a midrange product but have worked well for me.
