LR4 Constant coolant leak

So we've had our LR4 since 2011 (11' HSE with a V8), and for the past year, we've had constant coolant issues. The coolant leaks at least once a month, and we're constantly taking it to the dealership to fix. Is this a common problem, and are there any ways to fix it so it stops leaking?
