Hi All,

First time poster, recently purchased a 2015 TDV6.

Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between the two engines? My RRS is listed as having a LR-TDV6 instead of 306DT engine.
The main difference I can see is that it only has one air filter instead of the dual air filters. Is there a reason only 2015 models have this engine?

I suppose that you have a MY16 with the single turbo TDV6.
The first ones had a biturbo and also two air filters
With the introduction of the 306DT engine with 306hp, the TDV6 engine also got a "lifting". From biturbo to single turbo and one air filter, an other ECU programming and I suppose some modifications on other hardware components
