Email [email protected] for his opinion. He knows the usual causes for most common errors.

Some of those are just saying you have a speaker short but could be the amp itself.

I'd guess the radio doesn't work because of the "initial configuration not complete" which is probably a CCF setting. The error for the HD Radio module could be a wiring issue and also a cause but im not certain.

Some of the others if real (not just random errors which happen at times) might indicate a canbus or general wiring issue.

The amplifier is in the boot and not horrible to get to to check for wiring issues and the regular radio module is usually in/or under the dash on most models.

It would help tho if we knew what year your Rover is.

I am leaning towards amplifier, but mayne control module too. The speaker faults seem to lead to amplifier bit that control module over temp doesnt really specify what module. Not sure if its suposed too.

Cant be amplifier if speakers work with sat radio.
I wouldn't necessarily agree with that and I don't necessarily disagree either.

The speaker issues could be cold solder, chafing wiring causing shorts, misconfiguration in the CCF causing the amp to be wonky. Just a lot of potential issues.

However its most likely whatever is causing "initial configuration incomplete" which I'd think is a CCF or amplifier software issue.

AM/FM doesn't work due to the HD radio fault.

But did you email [email protected] for his thoughts?

You program the CCF via the IIDTool. It is the Car Configuration File that tells the vehicle what options are available and what should do what.

However I would HIGHLY recommend you read the IIDTool manual before making any changes as you can Bork things pretty good.

In this case you'd program the CCF amplifier settings to the correct parameters allowing the amp to function.
