Looking for someone to cut a key in Dallas or Austin

Anyone know of someone who can cut a key in Dallas or Austin? I've called a few places and they are all very unwilling to cut kets for a RR.

Daughter #1 called me tonight upset because her key broke? I know I can get shells on Ebay and I am assuming that an eBay/Amazon knock off shell with a blank will work.

I've got the spare in Austin and was planning on visiting her this next weekend anyways.

I've suggested vice-grips and some tape to keep the electronics/fob close, but I don't think this will be a great long term solution.

I ended up buying this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D9DSW24/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I noticed that there was a pin holding the key blade into the rotating piece. Using a 1/16" Pin Punch, I was able to remove the pin, take out the brand new key blade and insert the old key blade into the new key shell. Replace the electronics, super glue the new shells together and then boom it all works as designed.

No need to hire a key smith or reprogram a device.
I would have thought any security locksmith business could cut yiu a new blade. I had one cut late last year so I could unlock my front door if the fob had failed and I got it cut at a local locksmith - they had the correct blanks in stop - if I could get it done in a backwater like Canberra (Aust) you should be able to find somewhere near you.

I think my problem is that I am asking them to cut a Range Rover key and they are thinking about the programming of the fob. Next time I have a fob come apart I am going to just take the blade and a blank to the local locksmith and not talk about what kind of car.
Yes if no fob programming is involved, it is a simple key copying/cutting exercise.
