I've recently completed a P38 complete rebuild and I'm trying to get it to pass the California Smog test. My scanner shows the heated oxygen sensors not ready, and the evaporative system not ready, and I can't get them to change over.

What I know:
Drive cycles properly completed as well as 250 road miles.
It shows the same thing after a complete BECM and ECM swap.
Emissions well within limits and O2 sensors appear to be functioning properly.
It idles high at about 950 rpm.
TPS functional and within voltage limits.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Very helpful to know if this is a 95?? a 2002?? Gems? Bosch?
Putting this info in your signature will help us all out a bunch!
If you have followed the suggested drive cycles in RAVE for your YM, it should show those as ready. I did that on my 02 recently, and still had one system show not ready. Random driving for a week cleared that and I passed. It really helped to have a Nano onboard to confirm all was ready.
