Hello all,

New to the forum. I just picked up a 2010 supercharged range rover sport and am loving it.
Just curious though, after searching I couldnt find anything similar to this so maybe you guys could help.

After a road trip I took her for a wash. I turned the engine off, locked it, and kept the key fob in my pocket. As I started pressure washing it would unlock when I sprayed in certain spots like the handles, sections of the bumper, or mirrors. Then it would lock again, and unlock again. Of course causing my mirrors to fold and unfold.

I finally got sick of it and put the fob in the car and it quit. Anyone know why this is happening?
And is there any risk of getting locked out by leaving the key fob in the vehicle?

Thanks in advance.

Mine does it as well - generally with a light spray to the door handles.

I just take the fob out of my pocket, problem solved.
