Hi. Can anyone tell me where the immobiliser unit is on an 2007 l322 vogue SE ? I don’t know if it’s on it’s own or incorporated into another unit like the BCM? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

On my 06 its under the center console cover just forward of the shifter on the drivers side (NA version). Since the 06 is a red headed stepchild half 02-05, and half 06-09), your's may or may not be there. Its a white box with a single 10 pin (about) connector on one end, held to the console support bar by a single screw.

Mark_c is the immobiliser unit coded to the car in any way ? I’m wondering about taking a risk and getting a second hand one and trying it out but there’s not much point if it needs to be coded at the dealership.

It's coded to the key(s) (or vice versa), don't know if it is also VIN locked to the Truck itself, but they probably are. The immobilizer chip in the key fobs have to match the immobilizer for sure.
