Does anyone know where I can find an online source for a full ECU Fault Code list with P numbers for every ECU Fault please?

I had the codes read today and they were:

P??? LAMBDA ADAPTATION FAULT - BANK 1
P??? LAMBDA ADAPTATION FAULT - BANK 2

I want to P numbers for these codes as I forgot to write them down while at the garage!

They are not on the list at http://www.troublecodes.net/OBD2/Pcodes.shtml

www.Lambdapower.co.uk have come up with the codes:

"I think the fault codes you have are P1174 and P1175. This indicates the "fuel trim" for both banks one and two has reached its limit. This can be caused by faulty sensors or air leaks in the induction system."

Could this relate to damages PCV hose's?

I had the same faults a year ago,i changed the pcv hoses and no problems since.
