I don't think you'll get much help here.

Besides being horrid for the environment, modern vehicles are designed to run with cats. Removing them play havoc with the engine-control computers.

Plus, if the UK is like the US, you'd face a large fine for running without them.

Better to find some used cats at a breaker, or find a less-costly non-OEM replacement.
