My original Alpine DVD Charger stopped working and I am trying to fit another Alpine or aftermarket DVD Charger. The problem is that my orginal one just has a 12V, an optical for audio and a non-common 13-pin connector (like this pic attached)

It does not have VGA or HDMI for video interface. Would anybody know how can i retrofit it to another Charger?

I’ve also tried to replace the DVD changer in my 2007 s/c and came up against the same issue. Everywhere I tried told me the changer was unique to the L/R system and you won’t find an aftermarket plug and play replacement. What is the issue with your unit? I got my first one repaired but when that got wet I sourced a second hand one. I occasionally now have to remove the cover and grease the mechanism otherwise it gets stuck.
