Does either 2011 or 2012 Range Rover Sport HSE LUX (or both) have puddle ("shadow") lights on doors? If no, has anyone here installed the after-market 'logo' puddle lights on the doors? Photo is for the after-market product.

I got a pair off ebay for $12 and cut ahole for them in the bottom of the door. Love them.

I got these from a company called windfireauto, I can’t see them on their website anymore but I believe you can still get them if you message them. They give you a direct replacement lights that are plug and play and you can ask them for different options as well like the ones in pictures above. Only downside is that the little logo inserts fades away from the heat after a while but the company has a free lifetime replacement so that’s a plus. I believe it was about $30. Well worth it

I just recently switched (twice) all of my interior lights on my 12 RRS including the puddle lights and I would think since LED run a bit cooler you won’t have the fading problem. I went with a cheap set of LED initially but eventually bought a set of CANBUS LED off amazon so that it wouldn’t trigger any electrical error codes because of the difference in tech specs between the normal bulb and the LED changeover.

I like the Range Rover name/light and might buy a set as well.

I think it’s mostly from the Florida heat that wears them down more. I usually have to replace them every 6 months so no big deal

That FL heat and humidity is a killer.... perfect breeding ground for the state bird, the mosquito.

Thanks for that info mik3ypl. These are still on their website, but price has bumped up a bit. No worries, probably will go with these.

Yes they do and yes id get them. I changed out all my lights to LED on my 13 RRS and went with the puddle lights that have the Range Rover text and as cheesy as it is I love it. Got them off ebay for i think, 10 bucks a piece x4 did the front and rears. I am currently playing around with printing custom text/logos on transparency paper to put custom logos or text in them. I found a blog post that laid it out and its merely a matter of opening up the housing and swapping the lense, however i found some posts that indicate that not all of the puddle lamps use lenses and some are perm logos. Will keep you guys posted.
