Hello, every now and then I have this popping/grinding noise come from the rear of my 06 RR sport. Usually happens after I go over a speed bump. It typically stops at 10+ mph. Here’s 2 videos I found on YouTube that replicated the sound:

I had the same noise up front and it was the sway bar bushings. Check the rear bushings. I hear these things wear out easily.
