When I go over bumps there is a nocking noise, like somethings loose, from the drivers side front wheel..... Any ideas?

Not yet but I will this weekend.

It's odd cause it's fine all the time, but a pot hole slowly or speed bump slowly and it clonks as I hit it...... ?!?!

That is just as impossible as trying to diagnose a "funny noise" over the internet... :lol:
I would suggest having someone sit inside the rig, with the engine off and ignition key in the "run" position, and turn the steering wheel hard from side to side while you are underneath listening/looking/feeling for any loose items. Done right it will pinpoint any bad parts in under 5 minutes guaranteed.

Check the radius arm bolts and bushes.

The bolts have to be very tight.

From WS manual:

Fit radius arm and tighten chassis fixings to 160 Nm. (118 lbf.ft)
Tighten fixings to axle to 125 Nm. (92 lbf.ft)

Mine is doing that too and it comes from the sway bar link
