I just placed the K&N Washable Cabin Air Filter in my RR. Its very well made and it fit in the OEM paper filter crate perfectly. It seems that the Lexus 450H and RR use the exact size. I had put one on my 450H when I purchased it.
I bought it on Amazon. If interested the model is VF2000. I was lucky & paid only $30.00. eBay has some good prices too. I think the cost savings for paper cabin-filters and the two engine air-filters will save real money over the next 3-4 years.

A cabin filter is one thing. You wash it and there is nothing to oil and thus foul things up. Keep K&N rubbish away from your engine though. There is absolutely no HP gain using their crap and the oil fouls MAF sensors. They certainly do NOT filter better. In fact they allow far more particulates in to the intake than the tried and true paper filters.
