My 2005 Jeep Wrangler shakes violently and Chrysler will not acknowledge the issue!
It tured out to be the tires. We went from good year to michelin and have been driving with michelin for over a year now and it has not happened since.
The local dealership finally believed me after watching the video and convinced chrysler to give me new tires.
-- If you have good year wrangler tires, this may be the problem. Good Year will not acknowledge a problem. Be persistant with your dealership.
JaguarS4R said:im going to pick up some tires today, michellin synchromes but the size is 255/55/19 vs the 255/50/19, which would help since they will be less low profile and more tire. I would just hate to buy tires and found out I still have the issues. Would the front/car shake that much above 55mpf if the tires were bad? I never had issues like that with bad tires, usually I would get a steering wheel shimmey and steering wheel shake, but this feels like his:
