Not without a whole lot of work.

The rotary shifters have no physical link between themselves and the transmission, all electronic, and even then, not just power and ground, it is all on the HS CAN buss. Where as 06-13 all have a cable linking the shifter to the transmission valve body, via some linkage.

Realistically, it might be more economical to trade in for a 14 if you wanted the dial that much, I personally don't like the idea of it at all.

I was just curious, not that I wanted, I like my shifter.
I'm not a fan of the 14 also. I saw a white one on the dealer lot, it reminds me of Ford Explorer ...
