For 5k more, would you rather pick up a 2008 with 10k miles?

I was looking around to see some comparisons but not many 2006 RRS S/C with 11k miles. Most of them are pass 40k miles and I'm guessing the warranty is going to be gone soon. From what I can see in my area and on eBay, that doesn't seem too bad of a price given the mileage.

Or just pick up mine for ~53k. 2008 RRS S/C. White on white, 15k miles. Bought new in October of 2008 so plenty of warranty. 22" Satin Black stormers and the 20" Stock Stormers....

Well I am thinking about offering them $41,000. Think they will byte?
I am also looking into getting an extended warranty.......any recomondations on where to get the EW?
