Hi Everyone

I've done a ton of reading around and am still confused as to what my options actually are!

My requirements (ideally) are;

Ipod connector which allows charging and play through touch-screen + control of the track/album etc
TV in motion

Nice to have are;
Video input to show Ipod videos on screen

So - my car is a UK 06MY so has the touch screen DENSO MOST system with TV but doesn't have rear DVD etc.

Really, really don't want to go down the FM transmitter route as it's a faff and the quality is poor - even if it's plugged into the antenna cable etc.

Cheers

Will.

I,Will ,I think that there's nothing on the Accessory market that can meet your nedd at all.

The denso display has a rear connector, and you can usa a a card reader ( you can hold near driver's seat) with usb and sd,etc. slot, and remote controller. you can see it on youtube.

You can also mail http://WWW.CONNECTORS2.com and ask them.
See a product of theirs http://www.disco3.co.uk/gallery/albums/ ... 0-LR03.pdf

or http://www.xtremerovers.com/range-rover ... f02c73d225
you can see an example in:

That 's the best device I ever saw for our RR MY06

Ciao, Max

P.S. I remember the best hack on the nav system

I am also searching for a solution to a friends range, the same as your own but without the TV system.

There must be something other than FM transmitters for the MOST system, like the solution I got for my 03 RR from Xtreme Rovers.

For the ipod, you have the audio conect module.
It's a LR part, ask your dealer.

It replaces via a switch the cd player for the ipod. Cd's 1-5 are your playlists and cd6 is the whole ipod. It charges it and all your voice commands will work with it.

For the TV on the move and videos from ipod, i think you're stuck....

I remember reading on FullFatRR about someone who bought the Kensington solution for about £40 and plugged it into the rear AUX port.

Do you have a link to that bit of kit? My Ipod & Blackberry work fine just with a simply lead from the rear Aux Jack into the Ipod or Blackberry headphone output then switch to Aux on the head unit. Very nice quality considering its using the headphone output. No charging though.
