Anyone had this problem before....I'm so confused.

I press the remote to unlock door but the doors didn't unlock so I try using the key to unlock the door and it didn't turn. So I'm lockout I can't get into my car.

Please help.

I had my locks freeze in the open position with the door open.

EVERYONE should apply copious ammounts of WD40 to help expell Water from the locks.

I only had the door ajar for long enough to de-ice the windows and then jumped in. Shut the door and it bounced back open!

As for getting in once its frozen - assuming this is the case with the OP then er.. dunno.

Does the boot open on the seperate button?

Have you tried turning the key in the door before this happened. i bought mine used and never tried using the key in the actual door until 1 thousand miles before the factory warrant ran out and discorvered it didn't work. The dealer had to repalce the locking mechanism. Do the lights come on when u hit the key fob? can you open the back hatch? does the light on the keb fod come on? Even if the battery is dead using the key in the door should work. Sounds like there is more than one cause of your problem.
