Starting about a week ago every time I start my truck I get a brief "IEB Not Available" message on the dash, then it goes away after a few seconds. My question is since the message goes away without me having to clear it, does that mean it is available after those few initial seconds? Or it is still not available, just the message gets cleared automatically? Hopefully I have expressed myself clearly.

Forgot to add I have the latest software update.
