I am having an issue with my 14 RRS with i phone music setup.
What works
- i phone setup OK
- phone functions with out problems
- bluetooth music streaming OK (music on phone and on Pandora, etc)
- steering wheel skip song works

What doesnt work
- with blue tooth music - cannot access folders (no icon for "Browse")
- plug in iphone to USB - get distorted (crappy) sound

I have tried same in my 12 XF Jag without these problems

Any idea if there are settings I need to change or if dealer needs to look at software reflash?

some directly from a CD
understand your question, but the same tracks in bluetooth sound fine, not via wired - would that make a difference - would think the other way??
No, it shouldn't. I was just checking to make sure you had high quality tracks. I would take it to the dealer, this doesn't sound like a common problem on the board.

Actually, try a different cable see if that helps and try someone else's iPhone/iPod. Isolate the issue.
