The replacement mirror looks like the wrong mirror
when I replaced mine, it was hard to get off, thought iw as going to crack the mirror or windhshield. I did not have to unscrew anything on mine. I just unplugged the wiring harness, and slid the mirror down, towards the base of the windshield. Its very difficult, but it will budge, its held on my very sturdy "clips". Or thats how mine was on my '96.
