Hey guys i would like to remove the factory sub out of the trunk lid. I have been told there are steps to it and it's not so easy. So could someone please link me to a quid or tell me some steps? Thanks.

Why? Just curious.
1. He just jacked a car and is parting it out.
2. His pet elephant is bothered by the low frequency vibrations.
3. He's trying to lighten up the RRS for autocross.
4. He's just one of those guys who likes to know how to do stuff.

5) lost a race to vin diesel and now owe him a 10 second car.
6) disconnecting the factory sub and removing it to install aftermarket sub and amp.
7) remove the factory sub and install rocket launchers.
8) make more space for overfinch self replenishing bar.
9) decided I don't like living in a house and living in my car is better.

To get the Rover Sport to go 1320 feet in under 10 seconds would indeed require rockets.

It's easier to just leave the thing there since you really can't use that space for an aftermarket driver. It's been tried....
