Just curious to see who has the high mileage here? What kind of engine do you have? Any repairs?

Any fatal flaws or issues to look out for after 80k?

137,000 miles. NA V8 Engine. One replacement of a metal coolant pipe on the top of the engine around 120,000 miles. Otherwise no fatal flaws and utterly reliable. Just filters, brakes, alignments, rotations, and oil changes. Front air struts around 90,000 miles, but those are available as rebuilds now. Probably will do some additional preventative maintenance before summer though.

I had 61,000 when we traded our L494 5.0SC. I had the same hard coolant line replaced. They also replaced the waterpump while they were there under CPO. We now have a L405 with 24,xxx miles. everything is perfect so far engine wise. I did take it by the dealer yesterday as when detailing the inside what appeared to be a molding line in the console wood was actually a hairline crack the length. They are replacing it under warranty. Oh yeah, other than that just brakes and maintenance items only. Great Vehicle.

I purchased my 2013 L405 NA V8 with 43,253 miles on it a few months ago. It now has just over 45,000 miles on it and so far it's been very impressive! The only issue that I've found so far is the fuel tank clunk when the fuel is at a certain level. I will try to get the dealer to cover it under the California Emissions Control System Warranty but if not, I don't think it's something to be really concerned about.

WOW!!! 137,000 is very impressive without any major issues or flaws. I've been holding out on purchasing an extended warranty because I feel like it might be a waste of money. I purchased an extended warranty for $3,600 when I had my 2010 L322 and I only used it once when the air compressor went out at around 75,000 miles. I get the feeling that my L405 is going to be just as reliable as my L322 was. I sold the L322 with around 79,800 miles on it.

88k miles on my 2017 3.0, water pump done once as well as the crossover pipe, dead reliable otherwise. Admittedly this is 85% highway 15% Chicago traffic.

No ACE to leak.

Would be good to know the costs for common repairs such as water pump, air compressor, coolant line for those debating whether to purchase extended warranty or self insure.

Water pump approximately $1200 at the dealer. Air compressor approximately $1400 at the dealer (2013 RRSC)

2013 with 65.000 miles 4.4V8 Diesel, my first RR only problem I broke a shock reservoir and the oil spill the airbag and it blew, They replace both airbags and the compressor under warranty.
Very reliable machine, I pull my 17’x6’ trailer with my UTV and ATV to the desert twice a year with no issues, actually I feel that the RR pulls it better than my 2500 Cummins RAM.
Other than a clunking noise in the right front suspension (The dealer says it’s Ok but I know it isn’t) I’m super happy with it.

My 2013 L405 V8 diesel has 77k miles. Suspension bushes at 50k.
More recently orange suspension warning light kept coming on. Took it to dealer who did tests and said was issue with battery which was replaced for $500. Fault did not go away and light sometimes went red saying had to drive at reduced speed but then went back to orange. Stopping and restarting reset issue but orange light came on after a while
Went back to dealer who said air compressor was not exhausting correctly - probably worn and compressor exhaust filter needed replacing at parts cost of $10. Part not in stock and they modified original part by drilling small hole to allow to exhaust properly (they said replacement part would also have this modification).
Working well since
Have been looking on posts to see if anyone else has had similar issue - Compressor may need replacing at some time in the future

133,000 2014 AB. Front sway bar bushings and nothing else but regular maintenance. I put 30-40,000 per year on mine. The more you drive them the less issues you will have in my experience. Hope it keeps rolling along. My son is still driving my L322. 2006 SC with 355,000 on it with a transmission change and wheel bearings. No major components other than that.

2016 Diesel HSE- 72,000, was fine until 71,000, had to replace a diesel filter-about 900 dollars!, all the warning lights came on a week later- told is was a broken wire for about 900 dollars!, then a week after message warning DEF is contaminated- its been in service a week but they are so backed up haven't gotten to it yet- regret keeping it so long though I gather this years aren't doing so well electronically.
