Trying to get to the TSD connectors/fuse, I'm at the point where I'm attempting to remove the dash ends. How do I take the air vents out (effectively)?

There's a decent write up about it on here somewhere... I think it had something to do with removing the cd changer in the glove box. Also Rave has it.
There's bolts and nonsense in there that you don't know are there without rave/the write up... I almost ripped mine in half trying to pry it out without one of the bolts removed.
